1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between Elite Dryer Vent (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and any individual or entity who schedules or receives our services (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By scheduling services by phone at +1(888)998-3995, by email at elitedryerventcleaning1@gmail.com, by text message, or through our website at www.elitedryervent.com, you agree to these Terms.

A service contract is formed when:

• We confirm your appointment by phone, email, or text message; or

• Our technicians arrive and begin work at your property.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. Continued use of services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service due to prior disputes, nonpayment, unsafe conditions, or other legitimate business concerns.

2. Services We Provide

Elite Dryer Vent provides residential and commercial HVAC and air quality services, including:

• Air duct inspection and cleaning

• Dryer vent cleaning

• Duct encapsulation

• Antimicrobial sanitation treatments

• UV light installation

• Blower and evaporator coil cleaning

All services begin with an inspection. Final scope and pricing may change based on site conditions discovered during inspection.

Pricing depends on factors including square footage, accessibility, contamination levels, number of vents, system configuration, and optional services selected.

We utilize commercial-grade equipment and industry-standard cleaning procedures.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable Florida and Texas sales tax may apply.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

• Cash

• Major credit and debit cards

• Approved electronic payments

• U.S. bank checks

Invoices, estimates, and credit card payments are processed through ScanPay, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Late payments may accrue interest at a rate permitted by applicable law. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees if collection efforts become necessary.

4. Scheduling and Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to HVAC systems, ductwork, and dryer vents

• Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas

• Disclose known hazards such as asbestos, structural damage, or mold requiring licensed remediation

If we are unable to access required areas or encounter unsafe conditions, we may charge a service fee or rescheduling fee.

We reserve the right to stop work if conditions pose safety risks.

5. Warranties and Service Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

Because our services involve labor and on-site conditions, we do not guarantee:

• Complete removal of all allergens

• Permanent prevention of mold growth

• Specific health outcomes

If you believe services were not performed properly, you must notify us within 7 business days. We will inspect and, if necessary, re-perform the deficient portion of service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.

6. Refund Policy and Cancellations

Refunds

Refunds are not provided once services are properly completed according to the agreed scope.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Payment was made, but service was not performed

• Services materially deviated from agreed specifications

• Verified property damage was caused by our personnel

• You canceled before work began

Approved refunds are limited to the portion of unperformed or deficient services.

Cancellations

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a fee.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to $50 or 10% of the estimated service cost, whichever is less.

Deposits (if required) are refundable if canceled more than 72 hours before service. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in deposit forfeiture as reasonable liquidated damages.

7. SMS Communications and Electronic Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website or other written consent method, you agree to receive text messages from Elite Dryer Vent.

Text messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations

• Scheduling reminders

• Service updates

• Billing notifications

• Promotional offers (if applicable)

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text messaging services are managed through Workiz, our CRM and communications platform. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

We use third-party platforms including:

• Workiz (CRM and SMS communication)

• ScanPay (invoicing and payment processing)

• Website analytics and advertising tools

Each provider operates under its own privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims resulting from:

• Your failure to disclose hazards

• Pre-existing structural or HVAC defects

• Your violation of laws or regulations

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Before filing a lawsuit, both parties agree to attempt a good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any written estimate, invoice, service agreement, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon posting.
